It was launched in the category of the VF7, group of intelligent electric vehicles in the C segment.
The VF7 is available in two trims, Base and Plus, with wide wheel arches and alloy wheels up to 20 inches.

The vehicle, 7, has a length of 4,545 mm (and a wheelbase of 2,840 mm) and a width of 1,890 mm, while the interior is covered with premium vegan leather seats.

In Vietnam, where the VinFast VF 7 is manufactured, the Base model costs VND850 million (about US$35,000 excluding battery) or VND999 million (about US$41,000 including battery). The plus hardware version of the model is priced at VND 999 million (approximately US$ 41,000 excluding battery) or VND 1,199 billion (approximately US$ 49,000 including battery).
