After the BYD Atto 3 and BYD Han models, the next model we will examine is the mid-segment electric sedan BYD Seal, which is on the list of Chinese BYD’s best-selling electric cars worldwide.
Seal, one of BYD’s most preferred models, went on sale in Europe last month. The starting price announced in Europe was €46,990.
BYD Seal Features
The all-electric sedan BYD Seal is available in 3 different versions.All 3 versions come with a battery capacity of 82 kWh.The lower version of the model, which is offered for sale with single electric motor and dual electric motor versions, has a rear-wheel drive system and offers a range of 570 kilometers with 230 kW (313 HP).The top speed data is max. 180 km/h. Acceleration is 5.9 seconds from 0/100 km/h.
The top version is the BYD Seal Excellence with all-wheel drive system and dual electric motors, offering a range of 520 kilometers with 390 kW (530 hp).The Seal Excellence has a starting price of €50,990 in Europe and an acceleration of 3.8 seconds from 0/100 km/h.
When we look at the charging side of Seal, it can be charged from 30% to 80% in 26 minutes with a 150 kW DC (fast charging) device.

With a starting price of €46,990 in Europe, BYD Seal will be available in Deutschland in Design and Excellence trims at €44,900 and €50,990 respectively.The Design version of the Seal is available in the UK for £45695, while the Excellence has a price tag of £48695.The BYD Seal is not yet available in the US.
